Changed your mind? No problem! You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt.

If you paid shipping costs to receive your order, you will get them back if you return the entire order. If you only return part of the order, we unfortunately will not refund the shipping costs. The costs of returning are at your own expense.

Please note that we can only accept items that are unused and undamaged. Please test your purchase at home as you would in a store so that we can sell the item as new.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been assembled or used outside. We check returns before accepting them.

Is your product broken, delivered incorrectly or defective after use? Please contact our customer service. We are happy to help you!

How do I test a product?

Here you can read tips on how to try out your purchase so that you can exchange or return it without any problems.

You may return your purchase:

  • Carefully remove from packaging (keep original packaging)
  • Indoor testing

You may not:

  • Outdoor testing
  • Assemble and leave traces of use
  • Unpack and dispose of the original packaging immediately

How do I return an order?

Follow these steps:

  1. Download and print the return form below. If you don't have a printer, you can copy the form.
  2. Please complete the form completely and honestly.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging and place it in an additional outer box for protection during transport. If your order came in a shipping bag or shipping box, you can reuse it.
  4. Place the completed return form in an envelope and stick it firmly on the outer box or place it in the outer box.
  5. Seal the outer box well. Make sure that the original packaging remains neat by using only transparent tape, no duct tape or brown tape.
  6. Bring the package to a parcel point of your choice and buy a return shipment. The shipping costs are for your own account.
  7. Once we have received your return, we will process it. Do you want to exchange an item? Please contact our customer service via service@samm.cc .

Returns are your responsibility, so please retain your proof of postage until we have confirmed that your return has been received in good order.

In order to help you quickly and efficiently, we ask you to complete the return form completely and truthfully.
