If you have ordered after 11:00 in the morning, your order will be prepared for shipping the next working day (Monday to Friday) and handed over to our delivery service. Small orders sometimes fit in a letterbox package. Orders placed on working days before 11:00 will be handed over to the delivery service that same day.
Parcel delivery
If you place and pay for an order online, your order (if in stock) will be shipped the next working day and delivered two to three working days after ordering.
In exceptional cases such as extreme crowds, holidays, severe weather, strikes and incorrect sorting, packages may experience some delay. We are dependent on our transport partners in this.
When your shipment has been handed over to the carrier, you can track your shipment online. You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a link to the GLS Track&Trace page. In the Track&Trace window, a time indication of the estimated delivery time is given. You can also choose a later delivery date in this e-mail or you can choose to pick up the shipment at a parcel shop near you.
Letterbox shipments
Small orders that fit through the letterbox will be transferred to PostNL. You will not receive a Track & Trace code for this and the delivery date cannot be selected. Letterbox shipments can usually be expected in your letterbox the day after dispatch, depending on when the postman comes to you. Letterbox post to the Netherlands can sometimes take a little longer to be delivered.

Postage costs
Some items are shipped for free. If the item qualifies for free shipping, it will be stated with the item.
Shipping costs for parcel shipments*: €5.99 or €7.99. Depending on the size of the parcel.
